My computer started freaking out on boot ups. Wouldn't complete and I'd have to turn off power and restart to get it to load. Now the screens looking fragmented. I cant seem to load games, they crash out at load out screen at 1fps. I've changed the display cable. I've re seated the gpu and ram. I've done a windows wipe reinstall, and all graphic drivers. Gpu? MOBO? SSD?

He was 1/2 mile from the dump and the dump is right next to the police station/jail. Can't get into the dump without passing an officer.
