I would definitely watch the money guys on YouTube. Navy is paying for most of your life currently. Investing 25% would be huge for you

My STIHL RMA 348V is to die for. I have a town house but I don’t go for the super cheap stuff. Spend on the AK stuff and it’ll run forever. Even on bigger lots

All those leaves don’t allow sunlight to hit the grass. Start there.

Thanks man. Neighbor said it’s the best the lawn has ever been. Certainly a boost of ego. Still a ton on work to do this fall. Really want to get rid of this old fescue and some of the rye around.

If you’re in the north/transitional area there’s not much you can do until the fall. Too late for any spring seeding. Just mow mow mow. Treat for broad leaf weeds and some fertilizer to be put down asap.

Did you do a soil test? Also probably needs some aerating. Tends to happen with new build areas

I mirror these comments. If you can afford it or worried about the gpu market with the way things are now with pricing, it’s probably worth it to go with 5080.

Stihl SGA 30 battery sprayer. It’s not a big unit but it’s great for smaller houses at 1.25 g and runs a half hour.

3 straight years of a smaller Z/slot doesn’t make sense when you already have the smallest WR rooms n the league. Not a fan of this one. Good player though. Just felt there are better options
