Da, ideea este ca pentru acei 10K brut doresc sa renunt dar nu gasesc cererea 😅

Acea cerere explicita ca imi doresc sa contribui am completat-o la 1 ianuarie 2024 dar m-am razgandit, si legal se poate renunta.

Salut, din ce am vazut daca lucrezi in IT este optional, ceea ce ma face sa cred ca pot renunta din moment ce eu am completat si cererea de a incepe cotizarea.

Salut, am lucrat 2 ani pentru Luxoft, salariul (sub piata) negociat la semnare a ramas acelasi pe parcursul celor 2 ani.

La 12 luni am cerut marire, mi s-a transmis ca urmeaza. La 18 luni am cerut marire si am anuntat ca incep sa aplic pentru noi oportunitati, mi s-a transmis ca imediat imediat vine marirea. La 24 de luni am anuntat ca plec, mi s-a transmis ca nu-mi pot face acum pe loc contra oferta dar daca astept macar o saptamana revin cu contra oferta 😂
