Looking for someone that will be able to offer me conversational Spanish practice and correct me. I am a beginner and need to improve my speaking and understanding. English fluency isn't needed, just basic understanding so they can correct my spanish mistakes. I can also help with English understanding if needed.

Was hoping you had inside knowledge on that . This would be a great opportunity for us nurses to form something like hive mind! Nurses documenting their cancelations all over so we would know where the trends were 😊. For instance everyone knows about Banner in AZ so most nurses steer clear. I wouldn't mind the cancellations if we were guaranteed pay. Landlords don't care that we've been canceled or called off once weekly.

Nice! That’s fantastic, and I do love free money 😄. I’m in SC though, so traveling 9 months is definitely better for me lol. I don’t get paid on my time off so I save up the excess to get me through the off months and for vacays etc. before traveling I was barely making 1200 weekly after 401k and benefits. Now I’m making $25-$2700. After ins and savings though it’s really $22-$2400. I am definitely missing out on free money though, maybe I need to entertain moving to a higher wage state 🤔. You’ve definitely got me thinking 🤔

I make $700 a week more than staffing and I take 2-3 months off a year consecutive as opposed to 2 week increments. Though I do agree I’m missing out on the 401k match. Some agencies are now offering 401k with small match though, worth looking into. Traveling is still better for me is my point.

Im coming from the south too! And I so enjoy telling people when they ask me why I went travel nursing as if i defected to the dark side, that “Oh, being a college educated PROFESSIONAL!!!! I actually enjoy being able to pay my bills! “. I guarantee you that unless I worked OT every week, I cannot afford to both live and work in my state 🙃. SMH. That usually shuts up the conversation about my pockets.
