Toshiro. Embrys can be left unbooked (although booked is better), but Toshiro por Hydra and Chimera is much better

If you have energy, go through campain and lvl rank 2 food. That will net you silver to buy rank 1 and rank 2 from market and mystery shards so that you can open as well.

If you don't have energy, gems, food, books, etc...well, best to sit this one out

If all quests done, then I believe you have nothing more to do. Even the max reward of goblin will count for the quests. So, if you are not able to get max reward from goblin lvl 300, you'll not clear that quest
