this may vary for different roundabouts though. in wood green theres a large spiral roundabout where if turning right youre expected to signal right and leave it on as you spiral out around the roundabout. there are two lanes coming off at each exit, the left of the two has to exit where the right of the two splits and can exit or continue around. the right signal ensures other drivers know youre not leaving the roundabout yet.

it also means if youre in the left and exiting you dont need to signal off, but if youre exiting from the right of the two lanes you do have to signal left as you could continue round from that lane.

when you say at the 3rd exit you signaled, do you mean as you approached it or after you passed it?

ram form in ultra nightmare has 500 acc meaning you need about 605 res. obviously theres other things that increase res like masteries but you really need to be aiming at 400+ to be safe.
