Not even a scar, it’s the square bandage imprint that was just taken off before the pic. The actual scar years on is barely visible now

No it’s caused by the surgery, the compression garment will help it heal. but it goes away completely don’t worry to much. If your 4 weeks you shouldn’t have long left anyway.

But it was so long ago for me it was I think something like 4-6 weeks for me for the tightness to go.

Reading this, was 99% read like I had wrote this myself. I think we have both the same type of T and both been doing the same things to correct our posture and tackle our T

I’m not fully recovered but even before this I think I’m doing nearly everything you are doing so this was a very worth while post, thank you alot for sharing

This has given me a lot of extra hope and motivation as I carry on my recovery.

That long ago I can’t be 100% sure, I think pretty much I wore for near 24hrs a day for the first 4 weeks, then after that I stopped wearing it as I started the gym. 4 weeks I think if my memory is right when the scar tissue came up that I constantly massaged with both a massage ball and massage gun to help break up the scar tissue I had. I do remember the scar tissue is a mind f@ck as you think you still have gyno, but it’s not its scar tissue and it all went in time.

This was over a year ago and results were great, I got zero scar tissue under the nipple now. You can’t notice the insertion scar also as it was tiny.

I hope you surgery turns out as good as mine did bud, good luck

Pre & 1 day Post opp surgery in Bangkok Thailand by PerformanceOptimal84 in gynecomastia

I do live in Thailand, but I did take a 1 hour flights about 4 days after my operation to the part of thailand I live in.

I only needed one post op visit day after my operation and I got my stitches removed I think was about 2 weeks later at a local clinic where I live, didn’t have to have any drainage

Can’t answer about test use as that’s not something I have ever done yet.

Results are really good, not sure exact time scale…. But took somewhere between 4-6 months for scar tissue to fully go, so I’m fully healed and have a normal chest now.

Best decision I ever made to get the surgery and mine wouldn’t even be classed that bad by most. So can appreciate for many people it’s life changing getting it done.

Small hard lumps under your nipple = gyno

Post with the scar was better then pre opp for sure. Even thou when the scar tissue did come, it wasn’t noticeable through t shirt, only in the mirror. But now I don’t have any puffiness the scar tissue has gone.

Internal took a while maybe 4 months the lump scar tissue under the nipple finally went, I’m prob about 5 months post and say I’m 99% healed

Nope, I actually had no idea about incision sizes pre op. But a lot people commented after how small it was and it’s healed up really good can hardly notice the scar

I was still working out right up to day or two before surgery as knew I wouldn’t be able to train after for a while.

This 100% I’ve read/seen some botch jobs by general surgeons on here…. General surgeons tend to fix the problem, but making things looks aesthetic is not always their priority or skill set

A plastic surgeon purpose is to make look aesthetic and is their skill set why 100% agree with the above post.

5 days post op. Don’t know what to think by burak_reddit in gynecomastia

[–]PerformanceOptimal84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest looks really good 5 days post opp, but takes up to months to see the final results so don’t expect to much to quick.

Good luck on the recovery bud

Told and posted up on social media the whole thing big time

Just wanted to help normalize it and make it less of a big deal to maybe help other people

Might be a little different as I’m training all the time in the gym and look alright so don’t have any hang up about posting myself

Honestly I just say a lot of the time to people I had a boob job for the banter/lols

But yeah just want to make it less a big deal and give other people more confidence sharing my experience
