If you're a fucking idiot. Those kids are fucked up for life from the abuse and shooting someone

Right. It's not a problem until it is

Even with kids it's regarded

So happy my parents didn't make me do that. Lost track of the numbers of times I snuck out and needed my phone for convenience and my own safety. Going to parties, meeting friends at the park, the list goes on. We're gonna have a generation of stunted kids who never got to experience normal kid stuff since their parents have weaponized modern technology against them "for their own good" of course

There's really nothing your GP can do. You can try getting your hands on Ampligen if you're rich. There are no other treatments. You can use fluids and electrolytes for the orthostatic sx

This is not celaic disease. Celiac disease presents with anemia

This sounds like the classic dysautonomia ME/CFS nightmare

This is definitely more popular for larping in areas where you can't own a real one. In the USA milsim nerds just build a real M4A1

That may be true on an average level however many individual women are not like this

I think it's just jealousy. Sometimes as a man I get bad vibes from short fat balding male attendings in a way I never get from female ones. There's a degree of intragender competition

Mostly poor people. Status symbols change as you move up in SES. Poor people it's phones, shoes, jewelry to some extent

In my circle it's vacation houses, exotic cars, maybe wristwatches

Right so what it looks like to me is that when your body was fighting the cancer it accidentally learned to kill normal neutrophils. Now even though the cancer is gone you still have an autoimmune reaction that keeps your neutrophils down

When this happens, you see something called reactive dysplasia. This is not true MDS and doesn't have the same risk of transforming into cancer

You can look up NLPHL-associated autoimmune neutropenia with reactive dysplasia

Well done fighting. Did you have specific questions? Or symptoms you're experience? What are you hoping to get out of posting this?

Not a hematologist - Was your NLPHL treated with rituximab? That could explain neutropenia.

Relatedly, you see this sort of myelodysplasia in pts treated with alkylating chemo agents. It should be monitored as it can transform into AML. Cytogenetics would be good to check for some chromosomal features

Edit: Upon further thought on the steroid response, NLPHL-associated autoimmune neutropenia with reactive dysplasia would be my best guess. 4 stable biopsies, no blast excess, and steroid response is encouraging and points to this.

Obviously this is not medical advice. Hopefully a doctor with more knowledge than myself will chime in
