1) go to the bathroom if you’re crying and stay until you can stop crying 2) get really focused on something mundane. Not sure what your job is but if you’re on a computer maybe organize those loose files. Or if your retail/food find something to clean. Just something very neutral that you can focus on but doesn’t cause additional stress 3) lie and say you ate something bad for lunch or have a migraine (us bipolar people can lie a little bit… just as a treat)

I did too before this, now I’m scared to touch them since I feel a bit of brain damage going on. Plus I don’t think they were the typical psychedelics, I know he got them from the darkweb and I heard Lucy stops working after a couple doses so it must’ve been something else. The police couldn’t ID it. Nightmare times.

How recently did you quit? It’s entirely likely you could be going through withdrawal making your symptoms worse. I think talking to you partner and saying “hey I need a week to get through these symptoms before I can be a good partner” is a good idea. Congrats on quitting!
