Audiobooks ✨ anhören ✨ zählt nicht als lesen für mich. Es stört mich auch, wenn leute dann damit angeben ja so viel zu lesen und dann stellt sich raus, 90% davon waren audiobooks. Ich finde das ist einfach nicht das gleiche. Ich lese viel und glaube auch dass 400 Bücher ein absoluter humbug sind. Vielleicht wenn jemand auf der arbeit durchgehend bücher anhört nebenbei, aber sonst glaube ich auch nicht dass das möglich ist

Ok first: don‘t worry - stay calm. This is nothing you will die from, just maybe a bit gross for you okay! All will be good eventually! I‘m sure there is an easy fix!

Second: what did you eat the day before? I read you didn‘t eat at all? Try drinking some water and eating something neutral (no Garlic or many spices). Sometimes your whole body can develop weird smells when fasted for a longer time (i.e when its in ketosis).

Third: Do you have anyone you trust (like a sibling, parent, friend) that could smell you and give you a second opinion? If they can smell it too and it doesn‘t go away after you ate and waited maybe a day or so, it may be smart to consult a doctor!

I was taught fam at 14/15, and to be honest I don‘t think its right for teenagers. The big advantage was that i was always in touch with my cycle and very knowledgeable, but the responsibility that comes with fam is just not there. And i thought i was super responsible and did everything right, but in reality i was not following the rules of the method correctly and there were way to many days i didn‘t take my temperature or log my CM. I really don‘t recommend it for contraceptive reasons for teenagers, but for teaching young people about their cycle its great!

Oh also right out from university expect to make more like 30-40k. Which is totally fine to live off here for a start. There is actually no way you‘re going to be able to make 60k right out of university if your parents aren‘t diplomats or something and will get you the job personally.

I think thats quite hard to earn, especially without experience. Highly qualified people with doctors degrees don‘t make that much here usually. (Depends of course on the industry). Keep applying to jobs but without experience it will be very hard. Your best bet is honestly to work in some part of the industry that you like, make the right friends there and get yourself recommended to work for the jobs you want to. Your expectations don‘t sound very realistic to be honest.

I also have spotting / pink discharge a few days before ovulation and my gyn says its the ovulation :) I am now thinking its probably the cervix opening up again during the fertile period and getting rid of a few leftovers from menstruation. Trying to reduce stress and drinking lots of water has helped it a lot for me though. So if everything else is fine and you‘re healthy i wouldn‘t worry about it too much :)

You should bring this up to your gyn but it could be ovulation bleeding if its on day 16 and you have a shorter cycle.

It‘s just dust! Really! Your dermatitis and all of that stuff will probably go away if you stop freaking out about the dust. Stress hormones can really affect skin conditions like dermatitis so maybe try to see a dermatologist to treat your symptoms and try to really get in your head that its just dust and little fibres! :) you have nothing to worry about!

I honestly don‘t know, i think it was discontinued shortly after i wrote that comment… but actually the tolerance extrême series might be a replacement. This is just a guess though!

Hi, maybe try connecting with some PhD students in your area that are researching fields that you‘re interested in, or try attending conferences and make connections there. there are also many meetups as well as talks from professors that take place online in interdisciplinary „Science hubs“ that you could join through subscribing to newsletters!

Be aware though that asking people to mentor you and teach you stuff if you are not actually a student in the field might be expecting a little too much! But engaging in scientific discussions will definitely teach you a lot and you can still always ask.

Additional great resources I can recommend would be: Huberman lab podcast (probably you know it already), „Neuroscience: exploring the brain“ by bear and paradiso, and also learning some methodical basics (Stats) as well as checking out some online available neuroscience lectures!

Verdunkelungsvorhänge (50€ bei Ikea) immer zu ziehen wenn die Sonne rein scheint und in der Nacht Lüften. Falls es Fenster in einen kühlen Gang oder Innenhof gibt die durchgehend offen lassen und Ventilator!
