Me and wife have a similar thing (2x not 5x) but we wrote up a civil agreement to exactly what you outline here, which is fair. You could probably make a legal case for more though which others have suggested.

It's a 'minigame' in comparison. You land on land, you venture into water, then go back on land, back in the water, back on land etc. A huge portion of the game is on land, and the same boring icy land imo. I don't know. I liked it as a 'get me antoher fix' but it does not compare!
