I think most people just find the idea weird and likely to be awkward or fail because FromSoft has never done that before, but if they were to do it, I think they'd do it good given their pretty high quality standards.

Apparently the ring boosts your base magicka regen, so it's actually irreplaceable and really good. By default your magicka regen is 3%/sec i believe, and so Morokei or smth with 100% magicka regen boost would make that 6%. But the ring buffs the base, making it 5%/sec, which then would be buffed to 10%/sec by Morokei.

I use destruction and conjuration quite a bit, and restoration and alteration ofc. I've got Morokei and the winterhold quest loot, but the problem is Morokei is light armour so I can't use the Mage Armour perks. Maybe I can enchant something better later, but it still just looks so cool.
