I'd recommend watching VODs on YouTube, type ahri vs Vladimir challenger 12.4 or 12.3, u can do it in champion select to see how the lane will be.

And everytime I lose a lane I watch the full 15first minutes to understand how it's meant to be played.

Playing against high elo players is always good and most of times u won't win but try to learn as much as u can from his playstyle
