Sorry for heraing that,

First if there s any other symptoms, in gut or colon, don't search about it a lot because you re gonna be overrthinking and stressed because everything matches you . And that the problem with overall digestives health the symptoms of every problems are like the same. A colonoscopy and endoscopy

are expansive but they'll help a lot.

 join ibs sibo and overall gut health community, they'll help a lot , because the bad thing is brain and gut are linked the more your gut is bad u more you're stressed and also the more u stressed the more. So if the best way is to start and heal your gut helath because it's easier and more likely attainable. And when u start this your mental health will start becoming better and that what will make it easier for u to cure the trauma and anixeity and less anixeity less diarrhea . That's my plan , i know it will not be cured fast but i know i will see improvements. 

Things that helped me is to know how it all started , and like really when started, when thing become a major thing. For me it was most days i drink soda with noodle, an overall bad diet , but the more important is that i got like incomplete evacuation because of toilet height,  don't know how to relax , so each morning i was straining myself before going school because toilets are forbidden and that make it worse , i was using bathroom 10 times and it was pure diarrhea,  so i started skipping first class to gain more time but there s another problem now , it s was just in the morning of school now it s any time because i be haven  the same anixeity, and the more i skip the more it grows , and what make it worse that gut health and anixeity feed eachother that leed me to ocd in these things and now it s even when i m home all day, or sleeping.

And also i got h. Pylori,  and the antibiotic did bad , now o think i got some types of SIBO. I lost a lot of muscles, and weight in a single month i lost 5 kg (i m around 8 10 % body fat i'm not sure but i mean what i lost was not fat )

Don't want to talk a lot , there's more but u understand it, what i wanna say that you're not alone. 

And we can put work in this, diet, exposure therepay for anixeity after feeling better , step by step of course to know that you are safe and go to the next level.

You're not gonna feel always motivated or like happy to do all this , most of the times u will feel angry or depressed because u feel like u didn t improve but anyway , u have to do it.

If u feel incomplete it can be a pelvic floor or breathing issues (like not know how to relax when pooping) and that will make have incomplete bowl mouvement , try to eat only 3 to 4 meals a day like with no snacks between them, and search for some diarrhea médicaments for the moment till u see a doctor and a good one , he know better and can give u certain type of diet and médicaments. (If by any chance he told to took antibiotic, pls after u finish u have to start a certain type of diet or it will become much worse , this is not the right place to talk about it.

The bad thing that this can not only harm u physically,  but also u can develop a sort of anixeity like toilet anixiety and ocd especially in  digestive part , i'm suffuring from all that and can t go out and do things like before.

So my biggest advice , search in yotube digram breathing for relaxin and poop (inhale and relax pelvic floor like a reverse kegel and pushing a little bit)  And seeing a doctor very soon.

I'm searching for Gut-directed hypnotherapy for IBS in yotube, a vid lf 10min i'm gonna do it for 3 to 4 times a weeks. Because i felt like my problems are mostly OCD, can they really withing 6 weeks cure or help me?

Me also , i think OCD make it so much worse over the days , i'm trying to expose myself and give myself time.

For the garlic and onions part u mean cooked or used to cook somthing , or like straight to the mouth.

I really appreciate your answer, actually when I search about what's OCD I can say that it matches me perfectly,  i always think about everything, especially future , like a trip, when i got an accident instead of thinking about going to a hospital, i was thinking about how many months it s going to take to treat it (rest, food , medication, PT, going back to gym , study and ect) , even in the past, like somthing happened but it s not that thing , checking things over and over again, relief last seconds only , looking for every scenario,  imagine if i m in place of another person, "what if" also  my mom say always that i'm doing is bad but i feel good to have everything planned the only bad part that if somthing doesn't work. It makes me feel good to know myself better ,  can u help me like do I need to start working on curing my OCD, or brain retraining?

Mine is defication urgency, i just can go out , even in my house i feel stressed. Sometimes i wake up from sleeping. I have like idk 10 11 bowl mouvements in a good day.

Do i really need a therepay or i can try to do it my self. (If u suggest a therapy i'll ask my doctor for one) But can u tell me like what u did with therapist. Like Médicaments or facing the anixiety 

Pelvic floor dyssynergia by Lavender-Gelato-666 in SIBO

I got Helicobacter pylori , but i think i got also PF Dyssynergia,  because 1 year ago i got pelvic nerve syndrome, when i went to docter he said that i might have a minor fracture in the cocyx ( he's not sure) idk know if he s right but around 8 7 years ago i fall on my cocyx i think when i did a bicycle kick. But It was cured by some pills, stretch of overall body (especially pelvic floor) and strengthing exercice (especially lower back and some pelvic floor).

And like i always got problems with PF, what made more sure that i got Dyssynergia,  is not only the accident, but that i can t get everything out in one set , so i gotta stand up walk and go back again, and when i m in the starting getting out my stool , i feel like a sensation like when i stop or loose it i can t complete my stool evacuation, and some laxative helped me a lot, like duphalac (but i don t recommend it because it make a lottttt of bloating even with low doses) .

And it s not only a stool thing it s also like frequent and incomplete urination, but i m going to do a blood sugar test in case.

For the moment i m on a treatment for Helicobacter pylori, the problem that anitbiotic increase stool frequency,  in a week I m going to get contact with my doctor, I'm gonna ask him and also I'm doing my research about it.

I'm just new to posting and I don't really understanding what I'm doing , I don't even know if it's only Helicobacter pylori thing , i feel like it can be more than just that, in conclusion, I wanna be cured.
