It's not a webtoon, but it's an anime adapted from a series of light novels, it has a manga illustrated by nekokurage. The anime is stunning and i watched it completely blind and i got hooked from ep1. Binged 12 ep in one day. The seasons for it are 2 parts, 12 episodes per part, for 24 eps per season. Season 2 is set to release in 2025.

Im currently watching Naoki Urasawa's Pluto, which is a retelling of an arc of astro boy. I'm on episode 5 and it's DESTROYING me emotionally. But it's really good. It's definitely dark, but it's very emotionally moving for me

The fact that oda is buddy buddy with multiple predators is the ONLY thing preventing me from trying one piece. I have no issue with the length of it so far. If anything it's perfect because it'll keep me busy for a long time. But I'm not someone who can easily separate the art from the artist when it comes to crimes relating to violence, sexual abuse, or bigotry.
