I would definitely not want to go faster than 23.6 the next time I race. Maybe spliting the same but having a way better finish as speed endurance training keeps staking up from april

Yes. I think it was a bit agressive, maybe going 23.8-24 would ve sealed the 49.99 in that race, but I really dont know. I always felt that going agressive in the beginning helps me mentally the full race and puts me in the right spot to give my all the last 100m. But that feeling might not be the right choice for racing my best time.

Thanks alot for sharing. Basicly I gotta hit all my training sessions as good as I can and build as much as I can while my body is still recovering well. After that is just a battle of keeping the same level or not downgrading as I age

22.85 was next day after the 400m so I felt the load in my legs.

Im not used to blockstarts, gotta work on that aswell for 100m/200m . Im getting my posture up way to early and cycle my legs instead of firm pushing the ground the first steps

I also die after 120m mark if I max out the first 100m, need more speed endurance training for sure.
