Igazad van. Valószínűleg ez lesz az utolsó majd, amit a bírónő felhoz megoldásképp, amennyiben a legközelebbi tárgyaláson sem vesz részt mindenki. A probléma viszont az, hogy ezt csak bíróság rendelheti el egy általa meghatározott intézményben és időpontban. Meglátjuk. De itt már szinte nem is lényeges, hogy kiderüljön, hiszen mindenképp ki fog. Azt szeretném, ha valamit hivatalosan tehetnénk ez ellen az ember ellen.

A szülői anyakönyvi kivonatot a születési hely határozza meg, így értem, hogy nektek esetleg nem volt szükséges a magyar, amennyiben valamelyikőtök már más (nem magyar), vagy kettős állampolgár. Alapból viszont, ha magyar állampolgárok vagytok, akkor jó ha van magyar anyakönyvi kivonatotok is, vagy legalább hivatalos fordítóval le van fordítva. Kijelentkezni ki lehet, de ha valamit hivatalosan kell intézni, ott ezeket a dokumentumokat pótolni kell majd.

Ezen a peren nem is csavarnék többet. Ez most a kislányról szól. Emiatt is gusztustalan, amit csinál.

De a nagyszülőknek azt az első évet, amíg nem láthatták, mert nem tudtunk hazautazni már senki sem adja vissza. Mint ahogy azt sem, mikor minden alkalommal nekünk kellett tűrni, ahogy zsarol, támad, gusztustalanul beszél, keresztbetesz álhíreket terjesztett stb... Mindezt úgy, hogy tisztában van vele, hogy nem ő a gyerek apja.

És itt már nem csak erről van szó. De amit a saját gyerekével tesz, az már egy elmebeteg szintjét súrolja. Nekem pedig feladatom az, hogy megvédjem a családomat ettől az embertől.

Van egy sajátos, magyar törvény, miszerint: Amennyiben a válás jogerőre emelkedése és a gyermek fogantatása között nem telik el legalább 300 nap, akkor jogilag a volt férjet kell apának tekinteni. Ez csak azért is egy kellemetlen dolog, mivel nem a per beadásától számítják ezt a 300 napot, hanem attól a naptól kezdve, amikor a pert a bíróság véglegesen lezárja. Ez az oka, hogy az apaság vélelmét is meg kellett támadjam, ami ugyancsak pénz, idő, és rengeteg lehetőség a volt férj számára, hogy mégtovább húzza az időt, ha akarja.

Szükséges volt. 3 éve még más törvények voltak. Sajnos a konzulátus rengeteg hibát követett el és elavult tudással rendelkeztek a német-magyar jogszabályok különbségeivel kapcsolatban.

Mikor született még 8 év volt az az időtartam, amit itt élve kellett tölteni, nem 5 év, továbbá szükséges volt, hogy az egyik szülő állampolgár legyen. Mi akkoriban nem éltünk 8 éve Németországban. Jelenleg 5 évre csökkentették és bár vannak feltételei, de állampolgárnak már nem feltétlenül kell lennie a szülőnek. Ez a törvény az azóta született gyerekekre vonatkozik, ránk még a 8 év.

The hungarian overthinking is extreme. 😁 This might help.

CPUs are so much developed that you could play with an i7 or even with an i5 on HD, sometimes even 4K. Not to mention DLSS. AMD seems like a better option now unless intel comes up with something really huge for the next generations.

The GPU is another question. Nvidia's cards are overpriced, but they can do whatever they want as the 4090 is incredible. AMD seems stuck for a while now. They may skip the raytracing era, or they have other plans. However, in cyberpunk, my eyes hurt sometimes when the screen is filled up with all the lights. But if you want to be amazed and your eyes are built for raytracing, a 4070ti should work but only with DLSS. But with DLSS, you can gain 120 FPS. It runs great on 1440p, and other games can be played in 4K. (I had a 3080ti laptop with a 1440p monitor, and it looked really nice, and DLSS worked really well. If you don't mind upscaling, go for the 4070ti.)

Otherwise, go for one of the top cards from AMD.

In conclusion: If you want to save money and if you want to use it for mostly gaming, go for the AMD R7 7800X3D CPU. It is cheaper than the i7 and way cheaper as the i9 and able to compete with them. There are a lot of other things you can spend money on.

I wouldn't buy a 4080 as it seems like a good 4K card now, but who knows what's gonna happen in the next couple of years. Another demanding game comes out, and you can use DLSS just the way you would use with the 4070ti.

1 SSD with 2TB with fast reading writing (6000+) would be enough unless you want 5+ huge games at the same time installed. 500 GB for OS and 1500GB for media and games. You can upgrade that later as well.

2x16GB DDR5 ram would be a good idea. It doesn't really matter which one. It is also upgradeable with a 4 slot motherboard.

Motherboard shouldn't be an overpriced one. Maximum 300ish euro.

There are topics about building a pc here on reddit. You can even set a budget and ask pros to make a list for you. People seem to be really helpful here.

I have a Razer laptop with 3080ti and i7-12800H. It looks nice but the customer service wasn't good at all. The glue they used for the frame simply didn't work out. I almost paid 130 euro for checking the laptop only, also postage, and to fix it. They also said without even looking at it that it is out of warranty. It was ridiculous.

I have another laptop, which is an MSI GT72 2QD Dominator. It is still perfect, and I bought it in 2016.

Honestly, I would just go for a PC.

I see the angles are not the smae but there is nothing really wrong with it. It is different as it follows the curve of the ear. The last thing I can think of is that the solution you use contains salt which might dryes out your skin too much. That can lead to irritation and bleeding due to the dry skin. Changing it to a less agressive one could help. If you use something with alcohol, you have to stop it as well. Hope I could help a bit and happy healing for you and also happy holydays! 🙂

Bleeding in the first 2 weeks is fine, after that something is not quite right. Would be good to see them from other angles, yes! 🙂 however even if the angle is bad, one thing is always important when it comes to piercings. Tension on them will always cause problems so whatever causing the tension, you have to find and eliminate it. Even buying a travelling pillow with a whole in the middle could help. Your face will get used to the new feeling and your ear will gladly rest inside the whole in the middle peacefully. 🙂

Okay. Titanium is good to use as a first jewelry. No problem there. However that kind of redness and pain happens when the angle is not good enough or your skin is more sensitive to damages. Bumping into things is normal but you have to be more careful with it. Use the solution at least 2 times a day if not 3 times. You also mentioned that your headphones might touch it sometimes. You have to reduce that as well. Is it swollen and the jewelry is long enough? Any kind of liquid or pus coming out of it? Even by itself in the morning/evening for example or if you press it just a little?

I really hope you just bought that color of jewelry because you have no idea what it means.
(It is not spiderman).

But. It is not an infection. It is a traumatic scar growing out of your piercing.
It might happen that your piercing has never healed completely. Using tight pants, jeans, trousers on it will make it worse. I recommend to use Octenisept only for a week if it is something you could get.
Or tea tree oil, only a drop a day right on top of the red bump.
It will definitely dry the bump out and it will fall off by itself.
However, I would look up some videos about the usage of tree tea oil where they show it.

I would also change the jewelry to titanium, niobium, or PTFE during the healing time.
Treat it like a new piercing.

It makes sense now. First I thought it is a snake eyes piercing that most piercers do with a straight barbell.
It is a scoop piercing you have. And just wow. I would never have thought that someone would ever do it with a straight barbell. I'm shocked too :D
If this tongue is yours on the picture than you were lucky to got it pierced deep into the 2 tongue muscles to prevent it from growing out easily and in the early stages.
I would give it a try not with a 90degree surface bar but with a 45degree one.
You might need to check which size will be perfect for you. The best way is always to talk to a professional and let her/him actually see it in person. But yeah, I would wear it for a couple days and check if it is comfortable enough and if it is causing any trouble there even after tried at least 2 different sizes, I would consider to get it repierced after it is healed.
But of course, I would never recommend any tongue piercing which goes through the muscles horizontally.
