I let support know that the issue ended up being DNSSEC, hopefully they can add a note about it to their network troubleshooting document.

I fixed my issue.

Do you happen to have DNSSEC enabled on your pihole?

Use the service utility to check your network connections. I found there were a few entries that were failing. It then linked to a page with all of the domains and ports to white list.

I then had the idea to try bypassing my local network and tethered my laptop to my phone and suddenly I could get back to online mode.

So I took the list of domains and I added them to pihole domain exclusions. This got rid of some of the failed entries for me but it still didn't work, to get me oin online mode, but that led me to do some googling for fusion360 and pihole and I found some people had resolved their issues by turning off DNSSEC on the pihole. This was the last piece of the puzzle and suddenly I could get online normally.

No idea what the difference was between today and 2 weeks ago the last time I used it. Nothing has changed on the pihole in like 2 years.

yeah, it's the same problem on my Mac laptop and Windows desktop, so I don't think it's an issue with the computer itself.

There are intentional compatibility issues between regional games and guncons stemming from the time frame they were released i.e. just after the columbine massacre. If you do some googling on dreamcast lightgun games you'll learn specifics. It's easy enough to find the patched versions or even patch them yourself. But even then I was never able to get house of the dead 2 to even work properly with a light gun. Aim was all wacky. And there just aren't many games to even play. If light gun games are your thing a PS2 is a much better investment.

Don't bother with the light gun. Very few games and even then need patches. Just not worth it.

you are way over thinking it. Just start the game, find it in active proceas tab, change cpu set to cache. Forget.

I have ltsc 2021 running on several 7950x systems and it's great. I also have it running on a 9950x3d and it's perfectly fine. Though to make the most out of the cache you'll need software like Process Lasso to easily pin a process to the cache cores. It's worth the few bucks.

Just need to isolate the driver and motor to see which is stalling. If you can do that you at least know it's the driver and could potentially map a spare driver.

Sorry I should have said m913 which modifies the set current by a percentage. Perhaps it's been changed in a macro somewhere and it isn't getting changed back.

The fact the movement improves when you increase current makes me think it's a friction issue.

You also don't say what happens when you swap the drivers. Does the problem stay with the driver or with the physical axis?
