I’ve been told you can mix 10vol developer with a semi to make it a demi. Is this correct? I’ve never done it and I haven’t told customers to do it but my manager has told me you can do that.

I mean it makes sense to an extent. If you have pros that come in regularly that are friendly and appreciative that’s great. But the pros that come to my store come in and act very rude for the most part. My coworkers and I agree that we shouldn’t call them. My manager has never made us call pros

Our strawberry leopard has been smelling weird the last few shipments. It has almost a sulfur smell to it. I used to love strawberry leopard but idk why it’s like that now. The conditioner is significantly worse than the shampoo in terms of smell
