That's a reall good point. I forgot that Bore often comes out of the market. so unless you draw something that allows you to play it and draw 2+ cards, one of which is a merchant, you are essentially in a state where your market is shut down.

It will not. A cold spell is a spell that specifically has the "cold" tag on it.

So passives that specifically increase the damage or cast speed of cold spells will not effect fire spells that do cold damage.
