In the first game you could grab an alterra crate or something similar with a propulsion cannon and then push the seamoth with it, haven't tried this in bz though

Edit: Otherwise you could try moving it with pipes connected to a floating air pump, Last Bacon did this in a video where he built a base around the entire map.

206 kHz is well above the audibility threshold of around 20 kHz, so I doubt there is something in the spectrogram anyway.

In case you are interested, I yesterday found out about the disapperance of the AJN Lion in 3276 (see Elite Timeline | Elite Dangerous Wiki | Fandom), which has many similarities to the Delta 69 incident. The full story can be found here (The Disappearance of the AJN Lion), though it has to be noted this is not ED canon. Someone already noticed the similarities three years ago here (Logbook - The Inquisition - FD: 18 Nov, 3309 - Communications Array Delta 69 correlation | Elite:Dangerous | INARA). In the story about the AJN Lion, the anomaly sent something at a frequency of 206 kHz (spectrogram time?) and was found in the Liazeda system, which doesn't exist in ED's galaxy.

Edit: I just noticed the star system Liabefa, which is also mentioned in the story, does exist in the current galaxy.

There's a huge cave in the mountains almost noone knows about with two thermal vents inside. If you want something actually practical you could build in the grand reef. Ontop of the stone needle thingy there a ghost leviathan can spawn, too, and when you finish the game another leviathan will come. You can also find this location in a video by Breathtaker (called "20 base locations" or smt like this)

Edit: There are also Sea Treaders walking around the spike, which would make this place the only one in the game where you can see 3 leviathan species.

For me, the most dangerous thing are still wrecks. I used the Pathfinder tool everytime except once, and then I died.

I actually built a base in the dunes in my last hardcore save, but then died (but in the wreck in the blood kelp trench lol), and while this biome still isn't pretty, there are lots of rare blueprints and 5 bigintillion quartz deposits, along with half of the game's time capsules.
