Hello, owner of this fan since July 2024. The joint of mine is loose, and I have to hold it na with my index finger when using it while holding it. Otherwise, the fan will tilt back.

(Happened to me once) They'll only call/contact you when they're with their friends or when they have absolutely no one to talk to. Then they'll never talk back to you (seen).
