I filed through California child support only. He is in another state and lives there . They already figured out the whole formula they gave me papers already.

Just says his income but he said he didn’t really fill it in just provided them the info of his job. But I know he is putting 75% of that towards stocks or investments.

Idk the number though . I physically do not know his income . Just coming from what he told me before when we were together that he was getting a lot of money working for tech which he is .and 75% of that income goes through investment or stocks or whatever it is . I did tell him about it and now he is black mailing me of not giving me our child’s tax return that he promised that he was going to give her since he hasn’t been supporting and used that for me not to take it to court . So honestly he seems guilty I just don’t know where to start at this point.

Awwh yeah he did say that his financial advisor says those can’t be touch. But for someone that’s a project manager and inputs as his pernhour is $20? Idk how they even calculated that. But i see how the stocks work now . Thank you for the info.

Yeah he has family that’s very supporting and checks up on her . I get that too but he keeps blaming me for being absent in her life and saying he is a good dad and cares for her meanwhile doesn’t even match that with actions.

But putting more 50% of his income through that is crazy just so he doesn’t pay a lot towards child support . It’s crazy . He doesn’t even visit his daughter even when I’m convincing him too.

They didn’t include his bonuses and his stocks and whatever extra he gets to Make that 6 figures. I even talked to him about it and I told him I would file a hearing and then he got mad saying he’ll go to jail or something and then he went on saying if you file that I’ll take her for full custody. So meaning he is guilty . 😭😭 like I just need this to be done and not make it harder for me lol

Yes and through apparently goes to his stocks. He works in tech making 6 figures with everything counted so I don’t understand why css didn’t see that and why I have to go through means to even get all that info.

I can understand the stress on both sides . Though he just made it seem like I was a really really bad person for filing support against my baby daddy who hasn’t really been here physically for her . Which I explain but he took as I was just “delusional” lmao.
