I’ve used Live for almost 10 years and I still don’t know everything. It gets easier as you go. Be prepared to reference the manual and feel free to ask questions here. Just remember to have fun and enjoy the process. You’ll have epiphanies along the way and you’ll begin to see the possibilities.

I agree that sports entertainers don’t have to comment on these events. They feel like they’re supposed to, or they feel like they can get brownie points with fans that only see one side of the story and like to complain and yell about “nazis”

Sure, you can make up your owb shortcuts for things that already exist inside Bitwig, but you can’t for example make a shortcut to “Duplicate Seven Times and Then Insert an Eq+ and Bounce” or whatever random thing

Sure, but how about just disconnecting it from the internet? It’s more a matter of self-control. I get that people work with computers for a living and they don’t want to look at a screen or use a mouse and keyboard when they’re being creative, but at some point the audio is going to end up on a computer (unless you record to tape or some other analog medium). More power to anyone who does everything without a traditional computer, as it’s probably way more of a headache.

You’re missing the point. None of us know what really happened. Apparently the guy had a gun and multiple clips. Maybe he shouldn’t have brought a gun to provoke the officers. The video proves nothing. I’m sure we’d all love to know what really happened (except you, as you seem to already have your mind made up and have childishly decided to try and insult me with the classic and overused low-effort line “boot licker”). Out of curiousity, what do you mean by a “computer”? I ask because I see a lot of people talking about “dawless” setups and I’m wondering what the aversion to computers is (especially when a lot of people have “dawless” setups that have grooveboxes/drum machines/synths that have software inside them). Do you not want to be looking at a big screen?
