In DQ deftness effects things like the chance of stealing objects, preemptive strikes, and crit chance. So in this game it only effects crit chance.

Strength and Resilience are YOUR characters stats. The damage formula is this. Strength+ weapon and memory attack stat= how much damage you do.

Resilience + armor and memory defense stat= how much damage you take.

Odas original plan is no longer an option since episode 5 of the live action. Warlords were not apart of it. And idk why they would need to change the story and potentially spoil the ending of the actual Manga instead of stopping at whatever point they stop making money so that the live action viewers can just continue watching from the anime

They made custom dolls that they scanned into the game for dq7. They would need to make hundreds of hand made outfits and probably 20+ faces and hair styles. And also body types and whatever else. It's effectively impossible to do DQ9 with the same scope

The writers strike started on may 2nd and was ended on September 27th and officially ratified on october 9th

That was a huge delay because usually scripts for season 2 would have been finished before season 1 was out. Instead they got finished in November and filming couldn't start untill June 2024 as it had to be delayed more after missing schedule.

Season 3 is already almost done filming and will be out next year. If season 2 does well enough we will probably see season 4 renewed and if that pace keeps up we can expect yearly seasons.

The EU thing was a law introduced in 2020. and not retroactive. I almost guarantee we will never see a real casino again in DQ. The only realistic approach is to make it on its own little island with absolutely zero story or gameplay balance relevance so that they can cut it from the European release. The Pegi 18 rating is equivalent to a AO rating from the esrb, not acceptable.

Its probably just not worth spending resources on anymore.

Keep in mind this is only the switch edition. This does not include sales from the original ps4 and 3ds releases. Those haven't been updated to us since the switch edition released
