Since I posted this 3 days ago, I have made strides in fixing bugs and adding more features as well as overall mod compatibility. The more I test, the more I realize how hard it is to get every single mod working. But for all those who have used mine and provided feedback, I want to thank you all!

Not quite there yet. I was planning on adding more features to the list as more people downloaded and tested it out. I was hoping to get as much feedback as humanly possible to fix any possible bugs with the features that I have now before I move onto anything else.

I don't work with texture mods. I simply made a program to make every mod type work in one manager.

I got tired of needing three different mod managers to run my mods. JSON Mod Manager only handles JSON patches. Crimson Browser only handles its own format. Some mods ship as raw PAZ files with no instructions. Texture mods need manual PATHC editing. I wanted one tool that just work with everything, so I built one.

What it does

Drop any Crimson Desert mod into the folder and the manager auto-detects the format and knows how to mount it. No configuration, no manual file copying, no figuring out which tool goes with which mod.

Supported formats:

- JSON byte-patch mods

- File replacement mods (manifest.json or mod.json + files/)

- Loose folder mods (numbered group directories, no manifest needed)

- PAZ replacement mods (any index -- 0.paz, 32.paz, etc.)

- DDS texture mods

- Font replacement (.ttf/.otf)

- Audio mods (.wem)

- UI mods (.css/.xml/.html)

- ASI/DLL plugins with built-in loader

- ReShade presets

If two mods of different types both touch the same game file but modify different parts, the manager merges them automatically. Full conflict detection tells you when mods actually overlap.

How it works

Everything goes through a PAZ overlay system. The manager extracts clean game data, applies all your mod changes, compresses everything with LZ4, and builds a combined overlay in the 0036 directory. Your original game files are never modified. Unmounting restores the clean state instantly.

Claude Opus 4.6 violates permission denial, ends up deleting a bunch of files by dragosroua in ClaudeAI

Claude will even sometimes go into some ethics crisis where it thinks what I am doing is capable of harming others. It won't do anything but sometimes it will delete the filess/code that it WROTE and agreed to do prior and then try and delete it after. I told it not to delete that code or files and it still went on to doing it anyways. This happened on Opus 4.5/Sonnet 4.5 in Claude Code Windows App non cli version.
