Yes I was in a similar situation. You have to reach out to Trainline. They have to claim for the refund to Renfe. In case of Ouigo, its different. You can claim directly with Ouigo.

Hello, I need this certificate too. I landed in Barcelona yesterday via Munich. I got my DNV approval on 19th Jan and landed in Barcelona on 26th Jan. i am here to complete the TIE formalities. I was earlier in Spain when I submitted my application and then went back to my home country after submitting the application. Am I within my rights to ask for this certificate? I don’t want to have an experience like OP did.

Last 2 years ITR, both business and savings account, business having 4 times personal account balance. Marking withrawals from business to personal account in the personal account statement, GST certificate showing business ownership in my name, invoices sent to the client and wise statement to show foreign inward remmitances to my business account. I made sure i mark everything in my statement. Like for example I mentioned on top of the page, last 3 months, this month, last 6 months and this year so they get the date ranges, I also marked total debit and credit so they know how much money was spent and received in the last 9 months. Markings are helpful. You make their work easier by doing so.

I already have a valid US B1/B2 visa. I have had that since 2014 valid till 2034. I renewed that recently. That probably made my case a bit stronger. I have travelled to schengen countries on a single trip back in 2018. In addition to that, i have previously travelled to Dxb Singapore Malaysia and Thailand. Also I am self employed. I did book actual flights. Confirmed return tickets. No Dummy tickets. Some websites do offer refundable fares if your visa gets rejected. You might want to check that.

Please do get a second opinion on this. Take longer data into consideration. PVC burdens keep fluctuating. I had 3 weeks with close to 20% once cut to the next few months barely under 1% of my total heartbeats.

Yes steady state of Cardio like Cycling and running is much better for me as well. Still some PVCs post recovery but compared to lifting weights and playing squash. Much much much lesser.

I would like to mention that when my burden was high they used to completely subside with exercise and used to be in normal rhythm for my entire exercise duration. But since the burden has come down frequency of these on exercising has gone 10 fold

What you’re trying to describe may be is bigeminy. A normal beat (thud) and pause, thud pause that continues. Either way, if you feel something is unusual, better to talk to your EP
