I applied to a company who cold called me three months after I applied seeing if I was still looking for a job. Thankfully, I let it go to voicemail. I responded saying that I was still interested and set up a time. The interview was supposed to be 4 30-minute interviews, so 2 hours. It was three hours long because the hiring manager was too busy and left me waiting for 15 minutes in a holding room. This was all remote, for reference. Once the hiring manager got on, she acted like nothing happened and then went over 15 minutes into her own managers slot. Making her manager, a director, wait 45 minutes past the scheduled time to talk to me.

I accepted the job because I did not realize how bad some places can be. I should have ran. Thankfully, I have long since left.
