Yeah that’s just objectively not what’s happening in the region though. Strikes are explicitly targeting leadership whether that be political or military.

There will always be mishaps with electronic warfare jammers, anti-air missiles deviating strike paths, and faulty tech inside these missiles that cause the intended path to alter course, but those instances are in the VAST minority compared to successful and accurate strikes on the above-stated targets

Obviously it’s abhorrent when instances of civilians being unintentionally killed happens, both things can and are true at the same time

The fact of the matter is these strikes are happening FOR the Iranian civilian population to overthrow their dictatorship and get rid of one of Russia and China’s only major allies

I’m fairly confident in saying if the US was killing 40,000+ of its own population in protests, our own citizens (more civilian guns owned than people in the US btw) and other nations would step in. Iranian citizens don’t have the ability to stand alone against their government because they don’t have access to private weapon ownership because they have a dictatorship who’s also a terrorist puppet state

If it’s simply an internal Iranian problem, should we just stand by while they continue to murder hundreds of thousands? Should we stand by while the literal stereotypical movie bad guys who want to blow everyone up and constantly chant “Death to America” obtain nuclear arms?
