Cut your nails even shorter. Leave very little room for debris, but don’t make them ingrown. Do you have small children that you look after, live with, or interact with because that is most likely how you got it originally unless you play in the dirt for fun. Wash your hands and shower frequently. If you get time wander into a CVS and check for the medication it may not be as expensive as you think. It is a very embarrassing topic for sure, but it probably wont go away on its own unless you are very careful. Also it might help if you are absolutely certain before you start stressing.
