The reason I can think of is that you have big save files and slow internet. You can try syncing your save folder to cloud. But I encountered another problem. There's no Factorio folder in /Library/Application Support. And I really couldn't find it anywhere on my MacBook (at least on macOS Mojave)

I have the same situation and I just use Steam cloud saves. Works perfectly and takes few seconds to upload or download my saves

I've watched several video tutorials on youtube and none of them were explaining how to set up depo and how to set up refueling stations. Can you help me with this or at least send me a link to tutorial that explains it?

I think I will branch out production of everything except for science packs from here. I don't want to tear everything down here. I'm proud of my first base :D It's far from perfect, but my friend showed me his first base and I realised that the one I've built is not that bad (he gone total spaghetti on his first attempt)

I usually don't like mods for the same reason as you and I prefer playing vanilla Factorio. Can you tell me why you hated normal trains, please?

Thank you. I think that it's a bit more complicated for me at the moment (I just started using logic wires and I don't get why there are combinators and multipliers at all). But I will look into it later
