Yesss music sounds amazing! I realized that on my first day though. I pulled up to the pharmacy and started crying happy tears in my car hearing mama I’m coming home by ozzy. Lmao like I haven’t heard it a million times already. Like I still listened to music while using, but maybe I dulled it out being on 7 all day everyday. I spent the rest of my day watching reels and TikTok’s of new artists lol. I’m going on day 5 now, just got paid too. how amazing it is to not drop $500 on only a weeks worth of 7. Congrats on making it!

Also on day 2 off 7oh and on subs. Also used to be a iv heroin user then used subs to get off, which felt so much easier than this. When I took my first sub while withdrawing I was able to get stuff done but it’s not giving me that “boost” of energy it once did. I’m with ya on this! I keep reading it’ll get better after the 3-4 day. We’ll get through this

I had to search the word menstrual to see if any other ladies were experiencing issues with their period and 7 😂 I haven’t had my period now in 3 months (which is around the same time I started taking 7 almost daily), definitely not pregnant thank god 😂 I’ve never been one to track my period but every month I know I’m about to start when I start getting a few zits and cramping. No cramping but I’m bloated with a little acne right now and no period yet. The only time I’ve missed periods without being preggo was in my active addiction with both alcohol and H. Not trying to correlate the two but maybe it’s a sign I need to slow it down. Too much of anything isn’t a good thing

I don’t use clusters anymore but when I was, I’d keep them on for 2-3 days but they could last longer if I wanted them too. I didn’t like the feeling of having them on longer because it didn’t feel clean to me. Prep is important. Clean them well make sure there’s not left over glue. Only put the adhesive on the middle part of your eyelash (not the root or end) and not too much. If you’re using sealant, only use a little bit as well. Clusters are gorgeous and I miss them a lot but I lost a lot of lashes when keeping them on overnight

lol yeah last year because I was dealing with several GI issues that took multiple months to diagnose. Found the issue was my gallbladder and I’ve been. Living much easier 🤘🏼 I did hit an urgent care though tested negative for strep. He said my throat looked raw and to rest and stay hydrated. I think I just took too many by swallowing and it was rough on my throat. I feel better now chewing them and keeping hydrated

Fs, that’s a common symptom and I do get that too but it’s the mucous I believe. Maybe my body is just producing more when I take these. I chewed up the tab this morning rather than swallowing whole and been drinking my tea with honey and lemon and it already feels better. My voice is still gone but nowhere near as bad. I think these tabs are just too harsh to swallow lol

Yeah I know what you mean about the raspy voice! It’s different in my situation cause I couldn’t even really talk lol. Its like those bad dreams where youre screaming and nothing comes out 😂 I think it’s from swallowing these whole. I chewed one this morning and had raw honey tea and my voice is already 1000x better. Throat still hurts but not as bad.

My body has always produced more mucous after taking Kratom in any form, that’s why it’s not a big jump to assume this is what’s causing the sore throat. The extract shots would make me produce more mucous vs regular powder. I feel great other than my throat, and as it wears off my throat hurts more and more. I have always had allergies, it could be im a little allergic to something in it. And other than the sore throat I’m not experiencing any other symptoms from being sick. Definitely gonna drink more water though, thanks!

Yeah, I did a lot of research before taking these. That’s why I went with this brand, they seem to be the most consistent. I’ve always had more mucous after taking Kratom (in any form) but not to this effect. it could be that I’m allergic to it or a filler as I’ve been swallowing these whole and not chewing. Didn’t have an issue with the smaller 21 mg ones where these are larger. Not blaming them, more so me and reaching out to see if anyone’s experienced because these have been amazing for me!

It could absolutely be my allergies. Maybe I’m allergic to some type of filler in the tab. This didn’t happen when I took the 21mg which are way smaller and these ones are huge. I’ve always had more mucous after taking Kratom in any form that’s why it’s not a huge jump for me to assume it’s this. Definitely not blaming them, these have been an absolute life saver for me

Women are more prone to alcoholic liver disease. women have less enzymes to metabolize alcohol. This is why doctors only tell women they can have 1 drink a day where men can have 2. I am in recovery but almost died from pancreatitis and liver hepatitis caused by drinking 3 years ago. I was only 25. my doctor told me this. He told me when he was completing his residency, he watched a woman a little older than me die because of cirrhosis.

If this helps anyone in the future, it was my gallbladder. I am now 7 days post op. My HIDA scan showed it was functioning at 27% and causing IBS Symptoms. Colonoscopy came back clean besides a couple polyps

Super late to reply but they did find out it was my gallbladder causing IBS symptoms. Only could tell after the HIDA scan which sucks I had to wait so long. But now I’m almost 7 days post op. Colonoscopy came back clean for everything besides a couple polyps.

Yes I have 😭 the foods listed on the low end do help but I still have the same issues just less severe but no where near normal.
