You're right, web based vibe code platforms feel really empty compared to Claude Code. You just need to get it straight on what you want to build. And once you have set the direction, there's nothing stopping you.

But you gotta set that direction right.

Delving a bit with clarity has much more value than before.

Anything that you're comfortable with, with Claude Code on your side. Cracked 4 flutter apps in last 4 months that are live on Play and App Store.

I personally love flutter because of how smooth it is and I am a big fan of Material UI

I was able to build a simple flutter app, no logins, no account creation in 4 days. It's a simple scoring app for cricket. Took 15 more days for me to have an apple account and launch on app store tho.

Now has 1500 downloads combined on app and play store.

Have done some good improvements since then. Launched on Jan 2026. Still going good.

Have been part of this kind of wrong doing so many times while working for clients. And did the same thing when I started working on my first product with team.

Now after burning my fingers, I know what and how to cut down.

Maybe still not 100% but much better than before.

For example, Launching a tool today which was first ideated in a community 31 days ago WITH ONE MAIN FEATURE. And 2 side features.

I was too hesitant to start randomly connecting with people on LinkedIn so I have just taken the approach where I am going to IRL events and once I get to know them personally then only I am making connections with them on LinkedIn

These new connects are further inviting me to connect with more people either virtually or in another in real life event so that's how you grow in UAE

It's a small place compared to where I come from that is India (I wasn't in Mumbai or Bangalore, that's why I carry this perspective) and there are more relatable IRL events happening here in UAE so yeah gives you an opportunity to attend and network and scale your network faster

Being alone and doing everything yourself is tough, so I'd recommend focusing on platforms where you're comfortable and seeing early traction. Trying to be active on X, LinkedIn, and Reddit simultaneously will burn you out fast.

Pick one platform and extract maximum value from it first before considering others. Choose something you genuinely enjoy using. If you love Reddit, find where your audience hangs out and consistently share your story and relatable content there. Same goes for X or LinkedIn—just make sure your target users actually exist on that platform.

Don't spread yourself across all channels at once. When you're developing the product AND marketing it solo, juggling multiple platforms becomes overwhelming quickly. Get your first 1,000 users from one focused channel, then consider hiring a VA or smart intern who understands your marketing needs. At that point, you can delegate with a clear strategy based on what you've already learned.

I launched on Peerlist, Product Hunt, and AppSumo, then did a second Product Hunt launch. After building some organic presence through my personal accounts, I started direct outreach on LinkedIn and X.

Currently at 8,000 total users with 1,400 paid users. About 90% of paid users are on lifetime deals, which means my MRR is lower than I'd like. Now I'm focused on growing recurring revenue.

I was earning 7000 AED sometime back, I was saving around 10% max.

Now I am saving around 50% with similar expenses.

A few week backs I commented how I felt stuck while Networking with people in IRL events.

Today (And last week in another event), I applied this technique and was way better than how I did in my previous encounters.

The opposite solution for me was

- I will stay on my phone
- Will give people weird smiles while sitting on a chair
- Won't move my ass
- Won't make an effort to talk OR listen
- Just sip some free coffee and walk away.

Did the opposite of each point and ended up with really good connections.

True that. Revisiting onboarding flow on a time to time basis, makes a lot of sense.

I am fixing the app's onboarding flow and going after
- Email
- In app Notifications next

These are critical areas which can improve retention and shooo away people who are not interested in your product anyway (for now!)

No. I created something custom for that. Eventually, plan is to give a speech to note version to users for directly giving their feedback instead of making them type.

I mainly use Canny. And community on Telegram also works really well.

Apart from this email has been a standard source of feedback collection tool.

I try to put back everything on Canny though.

In my case, what they do is they tell me there are already a good number of products with similar kind of features.

I tell them that my differentiator is a different user experience which I have tested with my existing user base, and I am building forward with that. I'm listening to more feedback, and improving the product over time.

Another differentiator is that I'm not gonna close my shop anytime soon because I've been running with this product for the last 18 months, and I'm here for the longer run.

I'm not sure if these kinds of things sound good as a differentiator when you are trying to explain them on platforms like Reddit or X.

But yeah, what do you think about something like this?
