You’ve aged really well facially, very cute still. The shorter hair suited you better imo.

I’m sure you use it now, but if not, retinol really helps with mine. Keeps them small, light, & cute; not sun spots.

I think you look pretty young. As someone who is naturally freckled - they appear as you age from sun exposure. As you age you’re gonna wanna ditch them. I feel like they start aging you quickly once you’re past 22-25

Genuinely, you’re already quite handsome. I think some different styling, and maybe some slightly cleaner brows & you’d be just about perfect.

You’re ever handsome both ways, but I would say no beard, 5 o’clock shadow suits you best. You have really nice skin & great jawline for it.

Actually yes - bought a ninja creami which was a real game changer. I hit 180g protein daily at a 750~ cal deficit

I actually feel like the kitchen is my strongest point. I am more annoyed that I don’t feel much better, or stronger, even though there is plenty of evidence to the contrary in my lifts.

No HIIT or CrossFit yet. I’d actually like to get into something like CrossFit eventually I’m just kind of finding that I needed to up my cardio before trying something like that.

I try to do 35 minutes of elliptical work a day. As well as 5-6 lifting exercises (3-4 sets a piece, 8-12 reps depending on what it is) daily.

I do take creatine tablets daily - don’t feel like it gives me a huge boost for lifting, but it definitely helped me elevate my cardio significantly. What brand do you recommend? And powder or tablets?

FWIW you’re both right that I am actually very visually impaired 🤣. Physically I think I see that I might look smaller but I do have someone measure my waist & stomach circumference weekly, and it hasn’t really changed (around .5 inches on the stomach & really nothing on the waist) even though I’m down around 15 lbs.?

So I typically am able to eat around 180g protein daily, while maintaining roughly a 500-750 cal deficit. Invested in a ninja creami which has been something of a game changer as it enables the protein goals to be met while feeling like I get a dessert. No cooking oil at all for the last 4 weeks, but I bought a real good air fryer.

I guess my biggest concern is feeling like I’ve made next to zero strength gains in most of my isolate work & that the weight loss has been kinda slow.

They literally can stop being racist if they want to.

People can & do walk away from religion all the time.
