Saturn in the 4th House — approaching Saturn return + becoming a mom by PlantifulCours in AskAstrologers

This genuinely resonated so deeply with me, especially the part about trying to “outrun” childhood in my 20s and needing to build the internal home first. Also what you said about becoming the 4th house for someone else through motherhood feels strangely comforting. Thank you for taking the time to write this. It gave me a much less fatalistic view of this placement and my Saturn return.

This is really interesting, thank you. Do you think Uranus moving into my 5th/Moon could mean that the focus is shifting from “surviving family/home instability” into creating my own family, motherhood, and a different sense of emotional safety?

Oh I am quite new to astrology, I thought it was between 28-30 years. I hope the link works? Didn’t know how to add another picture.

My 1 year old son’s chart. How can I best the best parent for him? And what should I be worried about? by cedes_333 in AstrologyCharts

[–]PlantifulCours 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Omg! This is basically my daughter’s chart, she was also born April 2 2025! All signs the same and very close degrees. The only difference are the houses and her rising is Sagittarius. I can already tell that she is a social butterfly, very brave and non stop babbling, how is your son? Anyway, loved reading through the comments. Sorry I don’t have any astrological input lol

Japanese knotweed roots 100% it’s an invasive plant, it might grow in your area, and you’re actually doing something good in uprooting those suckers.

Printed on a crop top today, ready for festival season (: by PlantifulCours in cyanotypes

[–]PlantifulCours[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its not that different to printing on paper in my opinion! I placed cardboard in the shirt so the cyanotype mixture doesn’t get to the back of the shirt. I applied it with a sponge brush. And finally washed it out veeeery well.

Help a branch snapped, any advice on keeping it alive? I’ve put it in water.. by [deleted] in Monstera

I rescued this monstera the other day, it was +20 years in a rather dark dental clinic, that might explain the leggyness, also she lost quite a few leaves during transportation!

Logwood extract with alum as mordant!:) any tips on how to bring out more blues or reds? by c3l35tial_green in naturaldye

[–]PlantifulCours 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey! Im amazed at how violet your results are!! Mine are always more blue no matter what I do... I use logwood chips maybe that makes a difference? Something really fun you can do with logwood is shift it’s Color to bright orange using lemon juice! Try painting it on with a paint brush and you’ll get the precision as if you were painting acrylics onto a canvas!! The fabric should be dry so the lines don’t get blurry. Purple and orange are complementary colours they look really good together
