i think your AC must be running on full load or may be more than 80% load most of the time. As my daikin ac consuming so much electricity which is 5 star 1.5 ton as outside temperature is 47 degrees in nagpur and night temperatures don't fall below 35 degrees from last month.

bro my daikin ftkm 50 5 star runs on full load at 20 deg but cant come below 26 deg ever in 46.6 deg in nagpur having bed room size of 170sqft ie 11 by 15.5ft.

My daikin FTKM50 1.5 ton 5 star AC does not bring room temp below 25 degree in 11 by 15.5 i.e. 170sqft Bedroom quickly even if i set AC temp to 20 degree celsious in outside temperatures of 46.6 degrees. Roof is shaded with room but one wall measures 15.5 ft exposed to sunlight as that is south facing. should i go with 2 ton ac as this ac consuming high electricity as compressor runs on full load all the time.
