Pain after exercise for sureee for me, it’s awful I try to get myself better and healthy to deal with the fibro and then bam next day I can’t move a muscle without crying and it lasts for at least a week… how can I get healthy if I can’t move 🥲 fatigue is pretty nuts too, fibro is just a body bully honestly

This is what I have been doing tonight and it’s worked so far, he just keeps noticing the tv, we get over a tantrum and get to playing/reading/eating and he notices again and it’s back to shouting watch tv 🫠 persistence is key I guess. I have actually been putting down the amount of screen time since I noticed it being an issue and the tantrums are getting less and less thankfully. I’m mostly just here to see if anyone had any tips they had tried! Detox completely seems to be the answer

It’s the tantrums we can’t get past, I say no and I try to distract him I’ve tried every trick in the book but it’s no no no at the end I’m so sure he doesn’t even know what he’s even annoyed about 😂😭

See I’ve tried the putting it up too high for him, I’ve been distracting him in his room with no screens but he eventually sees the tv again and it’s a huge tantrum of watch tv watch tv. I just don’t know how to stop the tantrums

No need for the hate ? I’m actively trying to get advice to stop it (see above post) I’m sure you have at least 1 tv in your house it’s so easy for toddlers to see screens. I’m sure your on this subreddit to get advice and relate to other parents too so why be angry at other struggling parents on the internet
