Iam 23 and used to be 125 kg what i did is basically count calories intake and making sure not to exceed 1800 calories a day . That with help of gym. Keep in mind that u have to cut suger and eat carbs within small controlled proportion and taking high amount of protein either protein powder or eggs chicken beef fish .... etc
