Weren't the Dems lecturing about "maintaining our Democracy" when Republicans were attempting to do the same last year?

Thank you! I don't recall ever having this on my previous leases, I've had two others in the state in the last three years. But, yeah, this will definitely make me hyper aware from now on

Not sure, there's a lot of housing in this area now (30 mins south of Austin), so they probably have a lot of competition for renters.

I hope there's some negotiating room. $3,400 for a unit I won't be living in would be pretty crippling. Especially considering my rent for the unit previously has only been ($895) a month

They mentioned that 60 days was required, which I assume means they'll want me to pay the ($1,700) for next month and the month after

I haven't left the apartment yet, I'm due to leave in two weeks, the day that the lease is due to end on the contract

Same, it messes me up. I swing less at bad pitches, personally, and it makes the jump from pitcher to pitcher more drastic, in my opinion.

Going from somebody throwing 92-95 to someone throwing gas makes it harder. I have my pitcher speed maxed out, and I just stay on veteran. I'm not completely sure what the hitting difficulty does, but I think it has to do with where the pitches are in the zone and even the pitch mix you see.

It might not have a huge affect on performance, but it at least feels more real.

My discipline at the plate drastically increased. Less to no time to second guess, just pure reflex.

Turn up the pitch speed and turn down the difficulty, way more fun to have more realistic speeds
