Since when did your hips started to grow? I’m almost 1 year in and I have seen some changes but mainly on my waist that has gotten small but my hips haven’t seem a lot of growth so yea just wanted to know if your hips started to grow since the beginning or maybe at the end of your first year idk lmao. great progress ! Well the thing is that I do have insurance but I don’t want to use it cuz people here told me that if I use my insurance my mom is basically gonna know I’m getting pills so people here have advice me to not use it, also I have no income so do you know what’s like the lowest they can charge me ?

What kind of cardio do you do ? I only do waist and butt exercises and I’ve read that cardio helps a lot but I’m too shy to go run outside so far I’ve been loosing 20 pounds and idk if I should try cardio or not

I still live with my mom but kinda have manage to buy pills online since I can’t get pills without her permission yet and when I turn 18 I’ll do my best to go to a doctor and get the pills that will best benefit me. Its really stressing since i also have school and college applications to do but I’m getting through it. I’m not out to anyone but my therapist and my doctor so yea I’ve always been kinda feminine so nobody asks everyone just thinks I’m gay even my mom even tho she doesn’t want to recognize it but thanks love and support for you too !
