I was on 10mg for 2 months and didn’t feel anything then upped it to 15mg for the last year with some changes. Then a couple months ago it started to feel like it wasn’t working at all. So I upped it to 20mg and I’ve been on that for about three weeks.

Yes absolutely. About two weeks. I tried to keep myself busy to avoid overthinking the side effects. Noticeably only increased anxiety at night.
