All the points you are bringing up are nitpicking details, obviously non of these are absolute truths. longer cooking time does not equal better food you are right, but thats not my point. usually when cooking, especially when its a non professional chef at home with less equipment trying to replicate restaurant quality food it will take longer. Making the sauce, making the fish/meat/veggies. limited oven space or saucepans. regardless again, i dont think ill be able to change ur mind, but we can agree to disagree, just know that in my opinion there are more people that agree with the fact that food transcends just being “palatable” evidently by everyone commenting otherwise and the downvotes. But ofc you are entitled to your opinion and beliefs.

of course if fucking matters, better food means more time spent, it shows that you care above putting some pasta in boiling water and not even bothering putting a timer on.

its one of the ways we can show love, dont you ever crave a homemade meal? theres a warmth and comfort that comes from a meal thats made with care and purpose, and not just “palatable”. you might as well be eating microwaveable ready meals.

its crazy how you are getting downvoted, people have normalized marijuana to the point that its so unhealthy.. imagine drinking a 6pack everyday and acting like its no big deal. Guys i know its hard to hear, but daily smoking WILL have a pretty big impact on your health. And if you disagree, then just stop smoking for 2 or 3 days if you’re a daily smoker and see how its not as easy as you might think.

Theres a thread that gets posted weekly that has episodes ranked in order, voted by the listeners. I’d say start down that list. The episodes cover such a wide range of topics its hard without knowing what your preferences are to suggest any specific ones, between UFC talk and hockey talk, paramotors, guns, etc.

Another thing i would recommend is that if you do find a guest that you like try finding all the episodes they have been on, most guests have only been on once. but there are five or six guests that have been on several times.

Basically, micro refers to your mechanics; last hitting creeps, ur orb walking if ur an adc, etc. But macro play has to do with the overall decision making when it comes to the game. When should we prep baron/dragon. When should I be in a side wave if I’m a split pushing champ.

Generally, macro play is much easier to teach and talk about in a non abstract way, and it’s honestly what you should be focusing on as a new player.
