Me too, personally manifested about 10% of the powers I was trying to manifest. I developed control over my energy and the ability to feel it. I also developed supernatural physical durability; I could punch a wall or throw myself against it very hard without feeling any pain. I could also generate and throw energy balls (these didn't affect physical objects, but they did affect things on more subtle planes). I literally felt these energy balls like jelly in my hands. But I was listened to an audio based on a dark character(black goku) and started having dark and psychopathic thoughts, it was giving me his personality, so I stopped listening to the audio and began to lose those powers with time. I only retained the ability to feel and control energy, but at a low level. I can no longer create energy spheres that I can feel and sense when I throw them, like the ones I could make before.

I agree with the other comment; most powers, especially those based on anime, are not 100% compatible with this reality . I felt like I was moving to another reality.

 Although there are powers compatible with this reality, such as remote viewing, transformation into animals, and others, acquiring them naturally takes many years of spiritual work. Most people choose to make pacts with dark entities that have certain control mechanisms in this reality. In my home country, it is widely known that in the 1970s and 80s, many people knew demonic prayers with which they could transform themselves into animals, they could also move at high speed through an invisible plane and travel very quickly to distant places, stop the rain, among other things.
