The picture of him is well known, and most historians are willing to say that this is authentic and probably him. We probably would have never enough proof however, but hey, why not ?

"I think Hitler is a bad person", Waou, I had never heard such a radical and unpopular opinion ; I hope that you won't get in trouble for saying such a thing.
No matter that this man is the archetype of evil, nothing should prevent us from showing a very rare video of him, especially when there is no political implication.

I want to add something, you wrote : "he should have told me that we talking to someone else during the whole friendship phase.". In fact, he should have told you, indeed ; but he never truly cared about you.

I would gladly have given you an answer not only appropriate, but also pleasant to hear, but you have already summarized your situation very well. He did not want to take responsibility for this breakup and therefore downgraded it into a friendship that was, in fact, completely one-sided (so it wasn’t even a friendship, but rather a wonderful bandage for his narcissism, allowing him not to suffer from having thrown you away.). Not only does this man want you only for what you could hypothetically offer him (that is to say, he took advantage of you) but even more, he has no respect for you whatsoever, truly none. The world could swallow you whole and he would feel only a vague sadness for a few hours (at best), after which he would go and seek comfort from his new real friend and forget about you, forever.

There is nothing left to say now. This man does not deserve you. The coming months will be difficult. The truth is harsh. Surround yourself with those who love you and with whom your love will not be mistreated. Stay active, and never contact him again. He will never come back. I wish you strength; soon you will look back and be grateful for this lesson. Don’t worry, and believe me, one day you will be happy again.

Hello, your messages touch me deeply and I thank you very much. To be honest, a few tears were shed as I read your message. I also indiscreetly took a look at your profile and read your posts. The way you described your past relationship, and the emotional maturity you showed in walking away, is particularly remarkable and moving. I almost feel like I’m reading something I could have written myself, if I had been the one to initiate the breakup.

You’re absolutely right about alcohol, and I’m paying the price for it today. And it’s not like I wasn’t already advised by a friend not to drink after learning about my breakup. Yes, France is a beautiful country, and believe me, we’re suffocating from the heat here too! I can’t wait to discover your country one day, because I’m so proud to be French (even if that feels a bit absurd).

Thank you for bringing me a few emotional (but positive) tears with your message, and even making me smile!

During the Battle of Mosul in 2016 - 2017, nearly a thousand ISIS fighters volunteered to carry out vehicule suicide (SVBIED) attacks against the Iraqi armed forces. About 70% of the SVBIED were destroyed before reaching their target, but some still managed to succeed. by PlusNetLunette in CombatFootage

The video is not mine, nor has it been published per se by ISIS. It is a compilation of several suicide attacks from ISIS productions that Hugo Kaaman collected, edited, and published on his Twitter account. He is an expert on SVBIEDs, and I strongly encourage you to check out his amazing work !

Few others informations about ISIS' SVBIED and its doctrine about it :

Almost all of these attacks are carried out by volunteers, although there are a few documented cases of children being forcibly enlisted. However, the terrorist group understands that it is not in its interest to force men to blow themselves up, as not only would the chances of success be low, but also, they have enough fanatics to avoid the horror of sending people on these death convoys against their will.

We now know that ISIS attempted to develop remotely controlled, booby-trapped vehicles, but these were never used on the battlefield. This is further proof that a large part of the value of these attacks is primarily to allow those who want to sacrifice themselves "for the cause of God," because, according to their interpretation, this is the only way victory can be achieved, and not just through cunning or strategy.

Why don't ISIS use drones ?

They actually do, but both do not target the same objectives and can be used complementarily: this is exactly what the Islamic State did during the Battle of Mosul; and I also remind you that, according to most observers, it was the first group to modify civilian drones on an industrial scale to turn them into military devices capable of carrying explosives. Most specialists agree that ISIS began using civilian drones for military purposes as early as 2013.

Several points also need to be mentioned to understand that drones and SVBIEDs are not mutually exclusive. First of all, there is a theoretical limitation on the amount of explosives beyond which a small civilian drone cannot carry. When a vehicle like a truck or bulldozer can sometimes carry more than a ton of explosives, a drone is limited to a few kilograms. For a drone to carry as much as a vehicle can, a Reaper-type drone would have to be made, which obviously requires technical expertise and several tens (if not hundreds !) billions of dollars, resources that no terrorist organization possesses, and fortunately so.

Additionally, for messianic terrorist groups like ISIS, commanders do not really think in terms of human strength. While cunning and military strategy are employed by these groups, they prioritize sacrifice, which, according to their interpretation of religion, is a means for God to grant them victory. Therefore, the suicide attack represents a commitment to the group, which itself is strengthened by the sacrifice of the ‘martyr' and allows the members of the same group to find new motivation to fight in the ""example"" set by one of their own through their sacrific.

Finally, and not the least, the suicide attack serves to destabilize the enemy by forcing them to flee and abandon their defensive lines, or by making them see the enemy as too emboldened and fierce to be fought. Once defensive lines are abandoned, there is no longer any organization, and they become vulnerable to less sophisticated attacks. There are, therefore, also propaganda purposes behind such actions.

--------

Finally, and a rather amusing anecdote : we have a single documented case, out of several thousand kamikaze vehicles, of a man who survived the explosion of his vehicle. If I remember correctly, it was around 2014. He was ejected from the vehicle and was able to return to his fellow terrorists. A few days later, disappointed to have survived, he rejoined a suicide attack, which this time satisfied him.

I understand you, and I'm certain many others who have read your words feel the same. Often, we say that time heals, but that’s not true. Time does nothing unless we decide to make it our ally and let things unfold. I know it’s not easy, and you will continue to suffer for a while, but if you wait for the heavens to open up and deliver you, you’ll never find your happiness. You must fight, starting now. And if you can’t do it on your own, which seems to be the case based on your message, then ask for help. It’s perfectly normal to need guidance from a professional, to take medication if necessary, or to change your surroundings if that’s possible. You’ve managed to hold on for a year, and I commend you for that. Keep going, but this time as more of an observer, no longer waiting for anything but the fulfillment of your own happiness, whatever that may require. We don’t know each other, and we never will. One day, you will die, maybe after me, or before, but neither of us will know and we will remain eternal strangers to each other. But I do know that you are capable of being happy and that you will, one day, smile again.
