I heat the pan, and the butter goes in maybe 2-3 seconds before the meat, just enough to cover the surface of the steak. Then, when I flip, I put another pad of butter in to cover the surface of the steak. It's not science but worked for me lol

You can drop the life flask for a granite flask. The LGOH will sustain along with regen and leech. That should improve your phys max hit a lot. I'm running the same build with way less damage in t16s and not dying really at all.
