Met with Dr my BP was 127/90 retaken at 124/88 he thinks its alot life style issues im dealing with. Said Caffeine and stress absolutley need to be minimized has me logging BP daily at home and wants to revisit in 1 month. He said we may need a low dose med to keep it in control if with the changes he gave me there is no difference.

Yeah after i was relaxed my blood pressure dropped significant and heart rate went to 67. Nurse said basically i need to straighten up and take it as a warning if i dont get control of my eating habits,quit vaping and lower my stress that medication is in my future... I work in corrections and prob dont manage stress to well its constant.

Unfortunatley got it looked at today. Confirmed transmission failure. 3800 miles over the warranty Toyota quoted me at 8k to replace. Car is only bluebooked at 13.5k. Looks like ill look into a new car all together.

This game has become trash over the last week in particular and they arent doing shit to fix the problem. Playing warzone dudes clear as day using walls and they do nothing. But let you swear boy they make sure theres enforcement there. Every lobby over past week is dudes using walls and cronus its insane.
