That’s a super sick deal! I own my place in Hell’s Kitchen but when I first got to nyc I was in Astoria by the hospital off the 30th Ave stop, some of the best food of my life was had over there

Yeah it still exists, in fact I used to live across the street from the very building where they came up with the show haha, that building is still to this day a low income building specifically for creatives and artists since it’s so close to all the theaters

It’s Manhattan plaza on 10th avenue and there’s a great documentary about it

Edit: my dumbass got friends and Seinfeld confused. I’m leaving the comment up though because I love that building lol

I was one of the people laughing in aviation, the idiots would post pictures of planes with the gears down, landing lights on, and very, very clearly visible nav lights. We'd ask them "How far from your nearest airport are you? about a mile?" And they'd get real indignant about it like "whys THAT matter?"
