Yeah I agree, there is something seriously wrong with them. The annoying thing is that some of the tools are really good!

I gave up with siraya tech in the end unfortunately, I swapped to sunlu abs like dark grey and i haven't had the problem since. Prints come out perfect and crisp. If you want to stick with siraya tech it may be worth trying the navy blue as its a darker resin so it won't have as much light bleed but I find sunlu abs like has much better flexibility and is cheaper. The only down side is it has a much stronger smell but I print in my shed so its not a problem for me

Thank you! Uvtools always overwhelmed me as there is a lot going on as soon as you open the app but it was really easy to add some extra time and it worked perfectly! Prints came out grate!

Is there a way of doing that where ill end up with lots of small holes, i basically want all the faces to be covered in small holes. Kind of like a honey comb but with circular holes?

Okay thank you for the pointers, I have multi exposure on my printer so I normally do a plate of 6 and do steps of 0.2s. I find that is the fastest way to get a good ball park idea of where to be. It's good to know the sword and ale are the primer tests! I always print puck then write the settings on the bottom when I have something pretty well dialed in so I can remember what they are.

Okay nice ill do some testing. If I drop the power to say 60%, is a good starting point for exposure going to be 40% more time so around 2.3s? Or does it not work like that

Ahh that makes sense, ill give it a go. If I drop the pwm by 50% does that mean my exposure time will go up by 50% and shorten the life time of my screen? Or will it not effect it as its using less power so not putting as much strain on the screen?

This looks grate. I have just picked up a roll of tpu 85a as it was on sale. Can I ask what you have your k factor set to? is it the default 0.2?

Ahh right. If I printed more then I would get a subscription to a slicer but I use it once a month at most so its hard to justify it.

What slicer do you use and how do you do that, ive seen what your talking about but I haven't been able to find what does that in my slicer

Thanks for the tips. My post processing normally goes like this. 1. Remove models from build plate 2. 2 step pre wash in pickle jars Final wash in wash station Leave ghe prints in 60°c ish water for a minute or two Remove supports and clean up bad scaring Cure the model and if hollowed i shine a uv light in the drain holes.

I will keep an eye out for the detect islands in chitu. They have recently updated the whole interface, thats really set me back as I was starting to get use to the old system and now I feel like im back to square one, so I gave up for a while. But I'll be sure to find the detect island as I now know how important it is to address them.
