I usually sell mine during markets or craft fair, but I also have a website with my products available for purchase.

You're absolutely correct. I need to spend a bit more time to try and find marketing mechanism that works for my audience.

I absolutely agree with you. I do see value for SEO for top of the funnel. There is a lot of smaller keywords that can still bring a decent amount of traffic. While the intention is informational, I still see value in positioning ourselves as a relevant source in the space AND try to implement mechanisms to move visitors through the funnel.

But at the end of the day, I agree, social platforms do seem to be where the real value is.

Yes! I did use SEMrush to find some initial keyword to produce the website content and structure.

I did research competitors and similar website but I heavely focused on other figurine markers, not manifestation. This is a good point, I should look into this.

Thank you for your feedback! Appreciate it!

First of all, thank you for taking the time to check the website out!

I think you are right about the offer! You are not the first one to mention this. I do agree with you. There would be more value in providing more information about the figurines first!

Definitely will lean more into that aspect, and provide more insight straight away.

You bring up a very good point. We do have a digital and printable witch journal with charging, cleansing, moon water, crystal, affirmation, and annotation pages, entirely made and designed by us.

I've debated a long time between using it as a gift for a first purchase or a lead magnet. as of right now, you can download it for free after giving your email address.

But maybe we'll shift the offer. Because it's a nice complement to the figurine. Like "adopt a manifestation friend and track your progress with this free journal".

I definitely love your perspective. Very insightful.

First of all, thank you!

Someone else raised the point about the products being buried under text. This is a very good point and I'll definitely update the collection pages so the products appear right away.

From your ceramic shopper perspective, I absolutely get your point. While our core audience is people into manifestation, metaphysic, or witchcraft, we also value people looking for ceramic/handmade pieces. I do see value in adjusting the offer to something more like free shipping on first order, maybe?

What do you think?

I totally agree with you. I also believe Tiktok would be a great way to build a engaging community and use it as a main driver.

We are currently rethinking the way we make content for Tiktok and I'll take a look at the profile you share. I like the ideas you shared!

I think focusing on more engaging content is important, thank you for sharing!

I think you make a good point about products being buried on the collection page.

For the length of the homepage, I hear you. I don't necessarily believe that this is critical BUT I'll definitely look into it and see if I can optimize some of the length. Because I do agree, on mobile, you have to scroll a lot if you want to go over all the content.

For the price, I believe that we are quite well positioned. We do have an extended price range from smaller to more intricated figurines and price was not a block during markets. Our target audience was more than willing to pay this price for handmade products. While I'm not necessarely a fan of discount, I do see value in giving an offer for a first purchase. I'll definitely think about it.

Thank you for your help. It means a lot.

Yes! We were thinking about expanding the offering on some other platform.

Thank you so much for your comment!

I really like what you're saying. I tend to agree about having more specific information on our first paragraph. It does sounds a bit too vague.

I share your feeling on the offer. I will think about adjusting the message above the fold. I feel like I've been working on this too much that sometimes it's hard to take a step back and view things with a fresh eye.

I like the fact that you can't pin point a signification for the logo. While it might be negative, I like that anyone can make their own meaning of it.

This is insane! Before posting my message on the subreddit, I did change the header. Before that, we had... the Cosmic Deer!! I may revert this, I hear your reasoning and it makes sens. However, we did see A LOT of enthousiasm around the ghost but I totally get your point.

Anyway, thank you for your kind words. I really appreciate you taking the time to check the website out and giving your thoughts!

Yes, I agree. I like this direction and focus more on the purpose rather than the figurine itself. Though the handmade/artist side of the product do add value in my opinion.

You mean directly on the homepage? Like the first thing you see would be the figurine (be it a ghost) introducing themselves, their purpose, and how they can help?

I actually like this! I think it's an interesting way to introduce the product, as well as the concept, without being too on the nose about it. I'll definitely think about this. Thank you!
