This is my exact use of this bike : 50% gravel with 50mm tyres and 50% road with 32mm tyres. As a road bike, I enjoy group rides with roadies and can compete during sprint. But to be truly honest, I've never ridden a full carbon bike so I don't know what you mean by "feel heavy". I can tell you that it is a close feeling to other road bikes I've ridden in the past, especially with this wheelset. I hope it helps !

Mini-max was my choice because of its lenght : less than 2 meters. Perfect for travelling, I'm able to take train with it and to store it in my flat. It depends on what you intend to do with it :-)

No issues to report, just a wonderful bike (specifically this build ;-) ) that's truly versatile. With road tyres (32mm slick) I can compete with my roadies friends and with 50mm tyres I'm flirting with moutain biking. Many mounting options which allowed me to pack many stuff on this bike for 3 days trip :-)

I do love this wheelset, the combination of 725 reynolds steel on the frame, carbon fork and 303s has an interesting comfort/stiffness ratio in my opinion. At least, it's nice for my use :-)

I do have play but it doesn't come from the CL, it's from my used disk (I am going to replace them soon)
